The unique technology with pure fragrance oil ensures optimal consumption. With an average use of 25 to 50ml per month (20 to 40 hours/week usage), this means already longer than 2 months without refilling! The scent effect of AromaDiffusing is paraben-free, free from harmful VOCs, and leaves no residue on surfaces.

All our fragrances come with the required documentation. Additionally, all our fragrances are IFRA (International Fragrance Association) compliant. The IFRA ensures the safety of our fragrance materials through a special program. There is no clearer confirmation of the safety of fragrance oil.

Also, we produce the fragrance oil ourselves here in the Netherlands to be 100% sure of our product. However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with the skin with the oil at all times to prevent possible mild irritation.

Because our diffusers work without water or heat, the oils are controlled, optimally, and safely dispersed. Unlike alternatives such as burners, sprays, candles, etc.

Note! This applies to our own fragrance oil from AromaDiffusing, as there are so many different oils on the market, we can never comment on the effects of using other fragrance oils. Many oils are produced abroad / in China with lower quality standards and fewer controls, which often raises concerns for the health of humans and animals.

We use high-quality essential oils in our fragrances. Pure, safe synthetic substances are also used when an essential oil is known to be quickly allergenic, not sustainable, or has not received approval from IFRA (International Fragrance Association) for safety. We voluntarily adhere to and even exceed strict health and ecological restrictions.

All fragrance oil ingredients are approved by IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and meet the safety standards for continuous inhalation for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, over a natural human lifetime. Note: Unfortunately, we often see misleading information about products and therefore recommend always doing thorough research on fragrance oil products. For that reason, we have chosen to produce our fragrance oil ourselves here in the Netherlands according to the strictest standards and controls.

Yes, that is possible, as long as it is pure essential oil and not oil that is normally used mixed with water. Note: we cannot provide our 1-year warranty on our machines if you do this. This is due to many suppliers of unknown oils of too low quality that can damage the machine. Additionally, we also cannot guarantee that the performance is good compared to oils purchased from us.

Regarding essential oil, you can generally use this in our machines, but it must always be diluted with pure alcohol (at least 70%). Otherwise, the oil is too thick and our machine will definitely break. The same warranty conditions apply here, which we cannot offer when using other oil.

The cartridge in the Mood fragrance diffuser has a maximum capacity of 60ml. With an average usage of 25 to 50ml per month (20 to 40 hours/week usage), this means you can use it for an entire month without refilling.

Note: we notice that many customers are already very satisfied with the fragrance with fewer usage hours, in most cases, you can get by with 25ml/month. This means already longer than 2 months without refilling!

The cartridge can, of course, be refilled as desired.
