If there is something wrong with the fragrance machine, we will personally resolve it or the fragrance machine will be replaced, both fully covered by the warranty. Generally, our fragrance machines require little maintenance. Maintenance is also covered by the 1-year warranty. Please note, the warranty only applies when using fragrance oil from AromaDiffusing.nl, and any further damage and/or breakage due to use invalidates the warranty.

Yes. As animal lovers, we place great importance on the safety of our scents for our furry and feathered friends.

That is why we produce our oils in the Netherlands under the strictest quality controls and use only IFRA-certified ingredients.

For pets as well: never allow direct contact with the oils. As long as the oils are dispersed in the air through a fragrance machine, it does no harm to pets, except for birds. We recommend not diffusing fragrance oil if you have birds as pets.

When using fragrance oil with common sense, it is 100% safe for humans and animals (except for birds). This means:
-Not continuously working time focused on the animal or with direct contact on skin)
-Always diffuse in moderation in a well-ventilated space.

Yes, you can mix our own essential oils with each other.

Mixing the essential oil with water for example for use in an aroma diffuser with water will not work and we therefore advise against it.

Yes, that is possible! In any case, our fragrance oil can be used in any other machine where pure fragrance oil is used.

Additionally, our fragrance oil can also be used in devices where oil is mixed with water, but we do not recommend this directly. Our oil is not completely soluble in water, so the effect will be moderate. Moreover, we generally advise against 'aroma diffusers' with water since the fact that oil is mixed with water always results in a lower quality of fragrance experience. Additionally, an aroma diffuser sometimes needs to be filled every day, while our machines do not require this for months!

With the fact that an aroma diffuser can never provide for a larger space and is actually only intended for humidifying the air, it has not been a difficult choice for our customers for a long time.
