Also, we produce the fragrance oil ourselves here in the Netherlands to be 100% sure of our product. However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with the skin with the oil at all times to prevent possible mild irritation.

Yes. As animal lovers, we place great importance on the safety of our scents for our furry and feathered friends.
That is why we produce our oils in the Netherlands under the strictest quality controls and use only IFRA-certified ingredients.
For pets as well: never allow direct contact with the oils. As long as the oils are dispersed in the air through a fragrance machine, it does no harm to pets, except for birds. We recommend not diffusing fragrance oil if you have birds as pets.
When using fragrance oil with common sense, it is 100% safe for humans and animals (except for birds). This means:
-Not continuously working time focused on the animal or with direct contact on skin)
-Always diffuse in moderation in a well-ventilated space.

Yes! Since it is a machine that uses pure essential oil and is not mixed with water, our oil is suitable for any machine. When it comes to an aroma diffuser with water, it is worth trying, but this will not provide the same scent experience as with our machines. This is because the oil is then mixed with water, which literally dilutes the scent experience. Our machines use cold misting technology, which means pure essential oil is directly converted into tiny particles and dispersed into the environment. Without any loss of aroma, as happens with diffusion through heat.
Of course, the perfect scent often depends on the individual, but with our experience and expertise, we can now assess very well which fragrance oil is suitable.

Yes, that is possible, as long as it is pure essential oil and not oil that is normally used mixed with water. Please note: we cannot provide our 1-year warranty on our machines if you do this. This is due to many suppliers of unknown oils of too low quality that cause damage to the machine. Additionally, we also cannot guarantee that the performance is good compared to oils purchased from us.
That is possible, but we recommend for optimal switching to let it run briefly with pure alcohol. This way, you make it completely clean and ready for the next scent. We often see this happen! The main reason for this is that the wrong cable is used to charge the machine. The included cable must be used for this. Charging will not work with other cables. Also, make sure that it is a compatible adapter; some adapters that you connect the cable to are not powerful enough for the mini machine. For example, try it in a USB port of a computer/laptop or in another adapter like the one for your phone.

If there is something wrong with the fragrance machine, we will personally resolve it or the fragrance machine will be replaced, both fully covered by the warranty.
