AromaDiffusing.nl works with a specially developed cold misting system where the fragrance oil, from a fragrance cartridge, is completely aerosolized and there is no loss of aroma. This means no use of heat and no mixing with water. This ultimately means: the most optimal way of scent diffusion with always the best effect compared to any other alternative on the market. We are not just saying this; it is also confirmed by our valued customers. For example, see our reviews on Trustpilot or Google!

The Mood Scent Diffuser is designed to be very easy to use for everyone. The device can be set up via the simple app on a mobile phone and connects via Bluetooth. All instructions for using the device are explained step by step in the included manual.

With your purchase, we also provide a comprehensive video manual that visually supports the instructions. You can also view it here in advance.

This way, it is incredibly easy to set up and can be completely customized to personal preferences. This includes the times it should operate and when it should not (schedules) and the strength of the scent in the room (scent intensity).

Even without the app, it can still be used. You set the device once in advance, and the schedules remain saved forever. Additionally, you can also set it to run continuously via the app and then control it as desired with the button on the device. This makes it simple to use even for someone without a mobile phone!

At the top of our website under scent machines, you will find a wide range of different scent machines. Suitable for an area of <20m2 to even 2500m2, from stand-alone models to built-in models or even a wireless scent machine. For each item, we indicate as clearly as possible where they are most commonly used, what the benefits are, and what the specifications entail.

Yes, our fragrance oil is completely healthy and safe when used according to the instructions in our diffusers.

The scent effect of AromaDiffusing is paraben-free, free from harmful VOCs, and leaves no residue on surfaces.

All our fragrances come with the required documentation. Additionally, all our fragrances are IFRA (International Fragrance Association) compliant. The IFRA ensures the safety of our fragrance materials through a special program. There is no clearer confirmation of the safety of fragrance oil.

Also, we produce the fragrance oil ourselves here in the Netherlands to be 100% sure of our product. However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with the skin with the oil at all times to prevent possible mild irritation.

Because our diffusers work without water or heat, the oils are controlled, optimally, and safely dispersed. Unlike alternatives such as burners, sprays, candles, etc.

We are also 100% transparent about what we use in our fragrances. Find this complete ingredient list on the label of our fragrance oil bottles. If you would like to read this in advance, contact us and we will be happy to show it.

Note! This applies to our own fragrance oil from AromaDiffusing, as there are so many different oils on the market, we can never comment on the effects of using other fragrance oils. Many oils are produced abroad / in China with lower quality standards and fewer controls, which often raises concerns for the health of humans and animals.

We use high-quality essential oils in our fragrances. Pure, safe synthetic substances are also used when an essential oil is known to be quickly allergenic, not sustainable, or has not received approval from IFRA (International Fragrance Association) for safety. We voluntarily adhere to and even exceed strict health and ecological restrictions.

All fragrance oil ingredients are approved by IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and meet the safety standards for continuous inhalation for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, over a natural human lifetime. We are also 100% transparent about what we use in our fragrances. Find this complete ingredient list on the label of our fragrance oil bottles. If you would like to read this in advance, contact us

Note: Unfortunately, we often see misleading information about products and therefore recommend always doing thorough research on fragrance oil products. For that reason, we have chosen to produce our fragrance oil ourselves here in the Netherlands according to the strictest standards and controls.

Yes, that is possible, as long as it is pure essential oil and not oil that is normally used mixed with water. Note: we cannot provide our 1-year warranty on our machines if you do this. This is due to many suppliers of unknown oils of too low quality that can damage the machine. Additionally, we also cannot guarantee that the performance is good compared to oils purchased from us.

Regarding essential oil, you can generally use this in our machines, but it must always be diluted with pure alcohol (at least 70%). Otherwise, the oil is too thick and our machine will definitely break. The same warranty conditions apply here, which we cannot offer when using other oil.

As long as 2 months!

The cartridge in the Mood fragrance diffuser has a maximum capacity of 60ml. With an average usage of 25 to 50ml per month (20 to 40 hours/week usage), this means you can use it for an entire month without refilling.

Note: we notice that many customers are already very satisfied with the fragrance with fewer usage hours, in most cases, you can get by with 25ml/month. This means already longer than 2 months without refilling!

The cartridge can, of course, be refilled as desired.

Of course! Over the years, we have built a nice list of references. You can always visit these clients of ours to experience the scent diffusion or to talk about their experiences with us as a company. You can find these references on this page. (Click here)
