When purchasing our fragrance machines, you are insured for a full warranty for 1 year. If there is something wrong with the fragrance machine, we will personally resolve it or the fragrance machine will be replaced, both fully covered by the warranty. Generally, our fragrance machines require little maintenance. Maintenance is also covered by the 1-year warranty. Please note, the warranty only applies when using fragrance oil from AromaDiffusing.nl, and any further damage and/or breakage due to use invalidates the warranty.

Yes, our fragrance oil is completely healthy and safe when used according to the instructions in our diffusers.
The scent effect of AromaDiffusing is paraben-free, free from harmful VOCs, and leaves no residue on surfaces.
All our fragrances come with the required documentation. Additionally, all our fragrances are IFRA (International Fragrance Association) compliant. The IFRA ensures the safety of our fragrance materials through a special program. There is no clearer confirmation of the safety of fragrance oil.
Also, we produce the fragrance oil ourselves here in the Netherlands to be 100% sure of our product. However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with the skin with the oil at all times to prevent possible mild irritation.
Because our diffusers work without water or heat, the oils are controlled, optimally, and safely dispersed. Unlike alternatives such as burners, sprays, candles, etc.

Pure, safe synthetic substances are also used when an essential oil is known to be quickly allergenic, not sustainable, or has not received approval from IFRA (International Fragrance Association) for safety. All fragrance oil ingredients are approved by IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and meet the safety standards for continuous inhalation for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, over a natural human lifetime. Yes. As animal lovers, we place great importance on the safety of our scents for our furry and feathered friends.
That is why we produce our oils in the Netherlands under the strictest quality controls and use only IFRA-certified ingredients.
For pets as well: never allow direct contact with the oils. As long as the oils are dispersed in the air through a fragrance machine, it does no harm to pets, except for birds. We recommend not diffusing fragrance oil if you have birds as pets.
When using fragrance oil with common sense, it is 100% safe for humans and animals (except for birds). This means:
-Not continuously working time focused on the animal or with direct contact on skin)
-Always diffuse in moderation in a well-ventilated space.

Yes, you can mix our own essential oils with each other.
Mixing the essential oil with water for example for use in an aroma diffuser with water will not work and we therefore advise against it.
Yes! In addition to our regular, popular assortment, we also have an 'other' assortment mainly featuring thematic scents and specific fragrances that are sometimes in demand in 'special' situations.
