How does the machine work?

The Mood Fragrance Machine is designed to be very easy to use for everyone. The machine can be set up via the simple app on a mobile phone and connects via Bluetooth. All instructions for using the machine are explained step by step in the included manual.

With your purchase, we also provide a comprehensive video manual that visually supports the instructions. You can also view it here in advance.

This way, it is incredibly easy to set up and can be completely customized to personal preferences. This includes the times it should operate and when it should not (schedules) and the strength of the fragrance in the room (fragrance intensity).

Even without the app, it can still be used. You set the machine up once in advance, and the schedules remain saved forever. Additionally, you can also set it to run continuously via the app and then control it as desired with the button on the machine. This makes it simple to use even for someone without a mobile phone!

No, fragrance oil is not directly included with the purchase of a standalone fragrance machine from us. We offer it separately in various types and quantities.

Can I use other essential oils as well?

Yes, that is possible, as long as it is pure essential oil and not oil that is normally used mixed with water. Note: we cannot provide our 1-year warranty on our machines if you do this. This is due to many suppliers of unknown oils of too low quality that can damage the machine. Additionally, we also cannot guarantee that the performance is good compared to oils purchased from us.

Regarding essential oil, you can generally use this in our machines, but it must always be diluted with pure alcohol (at least 70%). Otherwise, the oil is too thick and our machine will definitely break. The same warranty conditions apply here, which we cannot offer when using other oil.

How long does a filling last?

As long as 2 months!

The cartridge in the Mood Fragrance Machine has a maximum capacity of 60ml. With an average usage of 25 to 50ml per month (20 to 40 hours/week usage), this means you can use it for an entire month without refilling.

Note: we notice that many customers are already very satisfied with the fragrance with fewer hours of use, in most cases, you can get by with 25ml/month. This means already longer than 2 months without refilling!

The cartridge can, of course, be filled as desired.
