What form of scent diffusion is used?

AromaDiffusing.nl works with a specially developed cold misting system where the fragrance oil, from a scent cartridge, is completely aerosolized and there is no loss of aroma. This means no use of heat and no mixing with water. This ultimately means: the most optimal way of scent diffusion with always the best effect compared to any other alternative on the market. How does the (Wireless) diffuser work?

The mini scent machine is therefore wireless and operates on a rechargeable battery. The charging cable is included with the machine. A full battery provides about 60 hours of working time with average use. With an average of 8 hours per day, this means more than a week without recharging. All of this with only 3 hours of charging! Please note, the working time depends on the settings; if the machine is set stronger, it will run out of battery slightly faster, and if it is set weaker, it will work slightly longer.

The Mini Fragrance Machine is designed to be very easy to use for everyone. The machine can be set up using the simple buttons on the machine itself. All instructions for using the machine are explained step by step in the included manual. It does not work with an app, unlike our Mood and Smart machines.

No, essential oil is not included with the purchase of a standalone diffuser. It is included with the starter set! We also offer a wide range of oils that are available separately in different types and quantities to meet your preferences.

Is the essential oil safe/healthy?

Yes, when used according to the instructions, the scent effect of AromaDiffusing is hypoallergenic, paraben-free, free from harmful VOCs, and leaves no residue on surfaces.

All our fragrances come with documents required for the respective country. Additionally, all our fragrances are IFRA (International Fragrance Association) compliant. The IFRA ensures the safety of our fragrance materials through a special program. There is no clearer confirmation of the safety of fragrance oil!

We also produce the fragrance oil ourselves here in the Netherlands to be 100% sure of our product. However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with the skin with the oil at all times to prevent possible mild irritation.

Is the essential oil natural?

We use high-quality essential oils in our fragrances. Pure, safe synthetic substances are also used when an essential oil is known to be highly allergenic, not sustainable, or has not received approval from IFRA (International Fragrance Association) for safety. We voluntarily adhere to and even exceed strict health and ecological restrictions.

All fragrance oil ingredients are approved by IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and meet the safety standards. We are also 100% transparent about what we use in our fragrances. Note: Unfortunately, we often see misleading information about products and therefore recommend always doing thorough research on fragrance oil products. For that reason, we have chosen to produce our fragrance oil ourselves here in the Netherlands according to the strictest standards and controls.

Can I use other essential oils?

Yes, that is possible, as long as it is pure essential oil and not oil that is normally used mixed with water. Please note: we cannot provide our 1-year warranty on our machines if you do this. This is due to many suppliers of unknown oils of too low quality that cause damage to the machine. Additionally, we also cannot guarantee that the performance is good compared to oils purchased from us.

Regarding essential oil, you can generally use this in our machines, but it must always be diluted with pure alcohol (at least 70%). Otherwise, the oil is too thick and will definitely damage our machine. The same applies to the warranty, which we cannot provide when using other oils.

How long does the fragrance oil last?

As long as more than one and a half months!

The cartridge in the Mini Fragrance Machine has a maximum capacity of 10ml. With an average usage of 10 to 20ml per month (20 to 40 hours/week usage), this means you can use it for an entire month without refilling.

Note: We notice that many customers are already very satisfied with the scent with fewer usage hours; in most cases, you will get by with 10ml/month. This means already longer than 1.5 months without refilling!

The cartridge can of course be filled as desired.
