How does the diffuser work?

The Mood Scent Diffuser is designed to be very easy to use for everyone. The device can be set up via the simple app on mobile phone and connects via Bluetooth. All instructions for using the device are explained step by step in the included manual.

Is the essential oil natural?

Yes, when used according to the instructions, the scent effect of AromaDiffusing is hypoallergenic, paraben-free, free from harmful VOCs and leaves no residue on surfaces.

All our fragrances come with documents required for the respective country. Additionally, all our fragrances are IFRA (International Fragrance Association) compliant. The IFRA ensures the safety of our fragrance materials through a special program. There is no clearer confirmation of the safety of fragrance oil!

Also, we produce the fragrance oil ourselves here in the Netherlands to be 100% sure of our product. However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with the skin with the oil at all times to prevent possible mild irritation.

Can I use other essential oils?

We use high-quality essential oils in our fragrances. Pure, safe synthetic substances are also used when an essential oil is known to be highly allergenic, not sustainable, or has not received approval from IFRA (International Fragrance Association) for safety. We voluntarily adhere to and even exceed strict health and ecological restrictions.

All fragrance oil ingredients are approved by IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and meet the safety standards. We are also 100% transparent about what we use in our fragrances. Note: Unfortunately, we often see misleading information about products and therefore recommend always doing thorough research on fragrance oil products. For that reason, we have chosen to produce our fragrance oil ourselves here in the Netherlands according to the strictest standards and controls.

How long does the fragrance oil last?

Yes, that is possible, as long as it is pure essential oil and not oil that is normally used mixed with water. Please note: we cannot provide our 1-year warranty on our machines if you do this. This is due to many suppliers of unknown oils of too low quality that cause damage to the machine. Additionally, we also cannot guarantee that the performance is good compared to oils purchased from us.

Regarding essential oil, you can generally use this in our machines, but it must always be diluted with pure alcohol (at least 70%). Otherwise, the oil is too thick and will definitely damage our machine. The same applies to the warranty, which we cannot provide when using other oils.

Are there references or places where I can experience it?

As long as 2 months!

The cartridge in the Mood fragrance diffuser has a maximum capacity of 60ml. With an average usage of 25 to 50ml per month (20 to 40 hours/week usage), this means it can be used for an entire month without refilling.

Note: we notice that many customers are already very satisfied with the scent after fewer usage hours; in most cases, you will get by with 25ml / month. This means already longer than 2 months without refilling!

The cartridge can of course be filled as desired.
