Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible, provided the conditions are met.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.The order must meet the following conditions in this case:
1. The order still contains all associated parts, exactly as it arrived.
2. The product has been handled normally and visibly; breakage due to reckless use is excluded.
3. Products with broken seals are excluded from returns.
How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to do the following to initiate the return process.

-Make sure the email contains:
Order number
Reason for return request
Photo of the product if it concerns breakage
Customer's first and last name
Customer's address
We will then assist you. Please note, any shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
