The AromaDiffusing Hotel Experience Giveaway runs from 19 November 2026 at 00:00 until 5 December 2026 at 23:59.
The organizer reserves the right to change the giveaway period or terminate the giveaway early if there are compelling reasons to do so.
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of the Netherlands, Germany, Austria or Belgium during the giveaway period.
Employees of ED Trading, directly involved employees, partners and persons directly involved in organizing the giveaway are excluded from participation.
Each person may participate once only.
If a participant attempts to participate more than once, ED Trading reserves the right to declare all duplicate entries invalid.
The winner will receive one AromaDiffusing Hotel Experience for two people.
The prize consists of:
• One hotel night for two people at a four or five star hotel
• Breakfast for two people
• Dinner for two people
• A total economic value of up to €500
The winner will choose the hotel together with ED Trading. Wherever reasonably possible, the location will be selected with the winner's convenience in mind.
The final hotel selection is subject to availability and the maximum prize value of €500.
Taxes directly related to the prize and payable by the organizer will be covered by ED Trading.
Parking costs are only included if they are included in the final hotel booking.
Travel to and from the hotel is not included.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another monetary compensation.
The prize must be used within 12 months after the winner has been notified.
The exact stay date will be agreed upon between the winner and the relevant hotel and is subject to availability.
If the originally selected hotel is unavailable or cannot be booked within the maximum value of €500, ED Trading may, in consultation with the winner, offer another four or five star hotel providing a comparable experience and within the same maximum value.
Participation from the Netherlands is free of charge.
Dutch participants may enter the giveaway once during the giveaway period without making a purchase through the designated entry form.
In addition, every Dutch customer who places an order with a product value of €150 or more during the giveaway period will automatically receive one entry into the giveaway.
The minimum order value is based on the actual product value paid after any discounts have been applied. Shipping costs, payment fees and free products do not count towards the minimum order value.
A purchase does not provide the right to multiple entries. Each person remains limited to one entry.
An order that is fully cancelled or returned before the winner is determined may be excluded from the giveaway.
Participants from Germany may enter the giveaway once when they place an order with a product value of €150 or more during the giveaway period.
The minimum order value is based on the actual product value paid after any discounts have been applied. Shipping costs, payment fees and free products do not count towards the minimum order value.
An order provides a maximum of one entry per person.
An order that is fully cancelled or returned before the winner is determined may be excluded from the giveaway.
Participants from Austria may enter the giveaway once when they place an order with a product value of €150 or more during the giveaway period.

Participation from Austria takes place through the skill based procedure described in these terms and conditions.
Participants from Belgium may enter the giveaway when they place an order with a product value of €150 or more during the giveaway period.

Each Belgian participant will receive a knowledge question by email after entering the giveaway.
The participant who provides the correct answer and gives the best answer to the additional tie breaker question will be selected as the winner.
The organizer may request additional information to verify the validity of an entry.
For participants for whom a knowledge question applies, the question will be sent by email after participation to the email address provided during entry.
The participant must answer the knowledge question correctly.
If multiple participants answer the knowledge question correctly, the additional tie breaker question will be used to determine the winner.
The organizer will determine the assessment method for the tie breaker question in advance and will apply it equally to all valid entries.
The winner will be selected after the end of the giveaway period according to the participation procedure applicable to the relevant country.
For the Netherlands, the winner will be selected impartially from all valid entries.
For Germany, the winner will be selected impartially from all valid entries.
For Austria and Belgium, the winner will be determined according to the applicable knowledge question and additional tie breaker question.
The organizer may use an independent person or a technical system to select the winner.
The organizer may verify the validity of an entry before a winner is finally confirmed.
The winner will be determined and personally contacted no later than three months after the end of the giveaway.
The winner will receive an email and will also be contacted personally by telephone.
The winner's name will not be published publicly.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days after the first contact, ED Trading may select a new winner.
An entry may be declared invalid if:
• The participant does not meet the participation requirements
• Incorrect or incomplete information has been provided
• The same person has entered more than once
• Fraud, abuse or an attempt to commit fraud or abuse has occurred
• The associated order has been fully cancelled or returned before the winner is determined
• The participant has otherwise acted in violation of these terms and conditions
ED Trading processes the personal data required to organize and administer the giveaway, including contacting the winner.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the AromaDiffusing privacy policy.
ED Trading is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from participation in the giveaway, the inability to participate, technical failures or the temporary unavailability of the website, insofar as permitted by applicable law.
ED Trading is also not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
ED Trading reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, temporarily suspend the giveaway or terminate the giveaway early if circumstances make this necessary.
Any changes will be published on the giveaway page.

A complaint should contain as much relevant information as possible and should preferably be submitted within 14 days after the end of the giveaway.
ED Trading aims to handle complaints within a reasonable period of time.
These terms and conditions and the giveaway are governed by Dutch law, insofar as mandatory provisions of the law of the participant's country of residence do not provide otherwise.
For participants outside the Netherlands, mandatory consumer rights applicable in their country of residence will be respected.
Additional or different provisions may apply to participants from the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Belgium where this is necessary to comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
Participants are deemed to accept the terms and conditions applicable to the country in which they reside.
